I'm attempting to use ODBC (SQL) to import data to S-plus V3.3 for
Windows, from MS Access 2 database files. The process functions nearly
as it should; I am able to select fields from the intended
tables of the intended database file. However, when the ODBC query
runs (i.e., the last step), an error message is generated as follows
Cannot set working directory to '\dirname\filename.mdb]'
This is obviously a truncated file path, but I am at a loss as
to why the import utility recognizes the .mdb file to return the field
names and allow me to set up a query, but then fails to locate
the same file at the end step. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
