Hello,
I am trying to do my own GUI under S-plus. When the GUI is launched by running a script situated in a certain directory, I would need to know the path of the directory where the script is. Is it possible?
The reason why I need it is the fact that the GUI uses data which are located in the same directory as its script. The directory contains the GUI and the data, and its path must be able to change, if I want to give the application to someone else (to put it on another computer). However, the GUI must be able to identify the new path in order to be able to read the data.
Thank you very much!
Odile
