Hello Everyone, I'm interested in generating the profile z plots, traces, contours etc. for my NLME model fits. I have looked in the help files and located a profile function but i'm unclear as to whether this is what i'm looking for or not. These plots were used as a tool to investigate the possibility of eliminating random effects from the nlme model in an article, "Model Building for Nonlinear Mixed-Effects Models", by Jose Pinheiro and Douglas Bates. Any help with making these plots possible is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Savi __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
