Dear Snews:
I have an urgent request. I need to generate a design for which I would
usually use the excellent Dopt program from Statlib. However, I am
traveling and using a PC instead of my trusty Unix machine, which means
that I don't have a version of Dopt on my PC.
Has anyone ported the Dopt software to the PC? If so, please, please
give me a pointer to it!
FYI, I am using an NT machine.
