I reported the same problem (and problems with dump()) to MathSoft
a few weeks ago and they acknowledged that there are bugs in these
functions. However I haven't received any solutions from MathSoft
yet. Currently what I did is manualy removing some attributes with
duplicated names in the resulting objects, which caused the trouble
(you can also do it directly in the dumped data file if you are
familiar with the structure of this file).
