A user of my portfolio optimizer is having problems getting the DLL loaded. Using "dll.load" apparently works -- it returns 1, but the symbols are not visible. This is using S-PLUS version 4.5 under Windows 98. Everything works fine under R on the same machine. Can anyone shed light on what is happening here?
