The MISSING library does contain the procedures
Schafer describes in his book; we use them in a course
I teach to our Biostatistics graduate students

Apparently, according to
http://socserv.socsci.mcmaster.ca/jfox/Courses/S-course/index.html
(search for "missing package"), the functionality of these libraries are
(to some extent?) available in the "missing" library thats already
included in your installation. (Provided you are using S-Plus 6.2 or
newer).
I have not tried doing imputation myself, but unless somebody has
already sent you the requested packages, it's probably worth the look.
Kind regards, Paul M. Diderichsen.
