Hello, all:

I'm using nlme and I need to do the inverse regression problem (interest in
the population-level curve, so the mean curve) with corresponding confidence
intervals. I've used the software nlschoice of Bunke, Droge and Polzehl
(from statlib) to fit a fixed effects nonlinear model and then do
calibration also using their software (confidence intervals using
bootstrapping), but I'd like to use a random effects model. Has anyone
tackled the calibration (with confidence intervals) for nlme?

Thanks,
brad
