Variance dispersion graphs

Dear All

Does anyone have an S-Plus program that calculates Variance Dispersion Graphs for response surface designs?  Variance dispersion includes the calculation and plotting of the minimum, maximum and spherical average prediction variance over a region of interest.  A SAS program will also be helpful since I can rewrite the code into S-plus.
