Posted with the wrong title earlier....
My apologies if this is partly a modeling question and partly an SPLUS question:

I have been trying to model -with moderate success- customer attrition.  The prevailing methodology has been based on survival modeling - various flavors from SPLUS, some of the libraries out there and internal customizations.  None seems too successful.  Admittedly, this is in part due to the (lack of) quality and (lack of ) quantity of data.  Nevertheless, I cannot avoid wondering if someone else has done this before using a different methodology, especially if one has done this in SPLUS.

I am using SPLUS 6.1 on Windows.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
