Dear SPLUS users, a simple question about Normal distribution. Be eta a random variable distributed by a Normal distribution (with mean alpha and standard deviation beta). I need to evaluate this Normal distribution for a particular value of eta, let us call it etastar. Can I use the +IBw-dnorm+IB0 command (and if yes how?) or I have to build the whole exponential function by myself? Thank you for your help and support Stefano |
