I have to double integrate a very sloppy function.
There is an example at the bottom of the integrate help file, however that
is a tidy separable function.

At this point, I plan on dividing the outer interval by 500 or so and doing
a rectangular approximation.
This is a pretty blunt club and I'm hoping there are some more
sophisticated suggestions out there.

I will be glad to summarize to the list.
