| Thread-topic: | Plot.gam x-axis function |
|
Dear S-News list I have a multiple-plot page generated from plot.gam, with all variables modelled as splines except for year (a factor). I'd like to please learn how to move the factor labels (in this case years, from 2000 to 2004) from above the plot to below the plot (i.e., to make it similar to the continuous variables). Also, how can I change the x-axis titles for each plot separately so that they can include symbols (e.g., degrees Celsius), etc. Thanks in advance, I couldn't find these answers after much web-searching. Marin Greenwood.
