I am trying to do multiple imputation using MISSING, as suggested, using
impCgm().
I can run the example "language" but with my dataset I receive and error
already when running the EM algorithm:
emCgm(data1PRE,margins=MARGINS.FORM,design=design.form,prior=1.05)
the message is
<<Problem in model.matrix.default(Terms, m, contrasts): Unable to obtain
requested dynamic memory
Use traceback() to see the call stack>>
I do not know if there is a mistake I made or there is a limit in the
dataset size for this procedure.
I hope you can help. I would appreciate it so much.
