| Thread-topic: | hist function in Splus |
|
i am using the
function hist and
i use nclass=
optionwith include.lowest=T.
all the bars get
included and include.lowest
seems to be working.
the only
problem is that the
hist function
creates it's own x
axis and it
marks the endpoints
of this axis. it
decides to mark
the endpoints
of its axis
with values that
are not the highest
and lowest
values in the
sample.
so, basically, the x
axis doesn't go as
far out as the bars
go. does
anyone know if there
is a way to change this ?
I got desperate
and
and tried all the
character methods for
nclass also but they
didn't
move the axis
further out either.
thanks.
