Gibbs sampling

To the Bayesian S+ community;

I am interested in feedback from S+ users who have used and/or written 
routines that use Gibbs sampling - I am looking at a Markov process and my 
dataset has some missing values, so I'd like to implement a sampling 
procedure.  Any suggestions for available functions would be appreciated.
