Subject: [S] Clustering

I would like to figure out how to compare the results of hierarchical clustering using AGNES in order to determine analytically (rather than visually) if they are similar.  Does anyone know how to do this using the dput output or some other way?  I have several thousand results and don't want to have to sort them visually if I don't have to.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Bruce
