Nightingale graph rose
and this was the first hit:

These appear to be course notes by Dr. Graeme Ambler.
They show a rose plot from Nightingale's work in the Crimea as well as
'modern' rose charts.
Oh yes, a photo or reproduction of a painted portrait of FN is included as
well.
