Hello all:
Does anyone know of methods coded in S, that I can use for the following
problem? (I'll also need references for them.)
I have two variables, X and Y, measured on each of 27 individuals. X and
Y are times to event that may be censored. If censored, they are censored
at the same time. I'd like to estimate and test some kind of regression
of Y on X; right now, I'm not particular about what kind of regression it
is, anything being better than nothing for my current purpose. A
correlation would even be OK, as long as I could test whether it's zero.
I have about a dozen such regressions that I'd like to do.
Thanks in advance,
Jim H
