How to use Jumper to perform a repeated measures nested logistic regression.

5 or 6 spotty injuries were placed in each eye of both eyes in a animal. The animals then divided into three groups treated with drug a, b, and control. Each injury was assigned a grade (0, 1, 2, 3) and also measured its size 5 days late. Because the probability development of a certain grade response in each lesion is influenced by the group to which the lesion belongs, the animals, the eye (right or left), and the injury spot. A nested design consists of 5 or 6 measures (injury spots) per eye within two measures (eyes) per mouse within 4 measures (animals) per group. Since the dependent variable (lesion grade) is ordinal with four levels, logistic regression considering both a between-subjects design (three groups, each with 4 animals) and a within-subjects design (?) may be appropriate. Regarding the size measurements, with a split-plot, repeated-measures design may be appropriate.

Can these analysis be performed with JMP fit model platform? A sample data is attached.

thanks
