If this is inappropriate for the list, I apologize, but I’m at
wit’s end trying to activate an installation of JMP 6. I recently purchased
a 12 month license from E-academy but when I tried to install and activate the
install the activation routine crashes (access violation) both on my home and
my office machine. I’m at the end of the trial period, the program
no longer rus and I have a significant amount of data in JMP files; neither JMP
nor E-academy seems able to offer a solution despite the fact that I’ve
sent them the log files created when the activation routine crashes. JMP
claims that the problem lies in the E-academy activation routine and E-academy
no longer responds to emails or phone calls.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
