It is a great suggestion! To who may be interested,the source code is
listed in the program manual:

Hill, M.O.; 1979; "TWINSPAN - a FORTRAN program for arranging
Multivariate Data in an Ordered Two-Way Table by Classification of the
Individuals and Attributes";Ecology and Systematics; Cornell University;
90 pp.

Source code and documentation are also available from Prof. Hugh G.
Gauch Jr., Ecology and Systematics, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York
14850.
I am not a FORTRAN programmer, or else I would do it myself.

Alberto
