In the 2nd edition of Modern Applied Statistics with S-Plus, on page 77 at
the bottom of the page, reference is made to supplying con2tr and mat2tr...
"...We provide the functions con2tr and mat2tr to convert objects designed
..."
Any idea where these functions are supplied? I do not have them with my
win S+ v3.3. Is there a web site with these functions?
