Hi,

I generated a cluster tree of 3,000 entries (from 3000 x 60 matrix).
I cannot, of course, view the tree shape as it is (within a 8x11 paper or on
screen). I want to view each 200 entries from the left to the right.
Is there a way to generate such subtree plots?

(The "subtree" function only returns a cluster tree which is the
smallest subtree of the original that contains all of the
specified leaves, which is not what I want.)

regards,

Jae Lee
