I am using OSWALD's gee.fit function on a large data set 
(~2400cases x 40 times) which generates the following error.

Is there anything that I can do to remedy the situation?

Swap file size: 45016 KB        
Swap file usage:        100%    
Swap file setting:      Dynamic 
Available space on drive C:     120032 KB       
Available space on drive D:     398856 KB       
Windows directory:      C:\WINDOWS      
TEMP directory: C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
