[S] Splus 4.5 & OBDC for ACCESS

Hi All:

In using splus 4.5 to read a microsoft access table via OBDC, the
'description' field for each variable in the table is not transferred
to the variable 'description' property of the variable in the
resulting dataframe. Is there a way to have the description
transferred along with the rest of the information about each variable
and to have the description displayed in the right frame of the object
browser when the dataframe is selected in the left frame of the object
browser?
