To Professor Ripley and others,

Like I said, sorry I posted the Multivariate Normaility--No Reply to the
list. I'm not complaining about the lack of response.
I'm just getting deluged on if I got repsonses or not; and if I did
to re-post them....

On the question itself though, I'm looking for a test statistic---right now
I'm not overly picky---a Shapiro-Wilk statistic would be fine, or T values
from the Baringhaus & Henze paper (A Consistent Test For Multivariate
Normality Based on the Empirical Characteristic Function, METRIKA, V35,
1988), or Bowman and Foster (Adaptive Smoothing and Density Based Tests
of Multivariate Normality, JASA, V88, 1993). If there is another test
statistic not listed, I'm also open for suggestions and advice.

Thanks, Mark Hall
