[S] S-PLUS 4.5r2: Crash when C-COPY of a trellis.device() window

Hello,

I use S-PLUS4.5r2 on Windows NT 4.0. I always "Copy - Paste" my graphics
directly
into Word 97, often without saving the graphics. This worked fine until
recently: but now,
copying a graph sheet opened via trellis.device(color=F) crashes S-PLUS and
calls our friend
Dr. Watson.

Graphics opened by the default graphsheet() command do not crash when
copied.

I can export my trellis graphics using "Export graph ..." : this works !

Has anybody an idea why my trellis.device() might cause theses crashes ?
