I use Splus 4.5 r2 under NT 4 sp 5. I've been tryingto manipulate
datafarmes using the GUI tools and recently I've been unable to do so. I
suspect that, somehow, I've corrupted some command within S-Plus and that
I may need to reinstall it. But I thought I'd check with others to see if
there's a different solution. I'll happily be educated!
Here is an example wherein I try to add a column. I get the follwoing
ugliness in the commands window and am unable to add (or delete or cut
or...) a particlur column:
