[S] legend() and text() questions

Thanks to all of you who answered my question
about the text() function. This function will
left justify when the option adj=0 is used.

Thanks to Tim Hesterberg for giving me some
ideas about how to solve my legend() question.
He has re-directed my attention to key(),
which is more flexible than legend().
