S-PLUS Jump Start Workshop

This workshop is an introductory level course intended
for new users of S-PLUS or those wishing to evaluate
S-PLUS. The workshop will primarily focus on using the
S-PLUS Graphical User Interface of S-PLUS 2000
for Windows. The S-PLUS command line is introduced at
the end of the course. Individuals that wish to learn
more about the S-PLUS command line language should attend
either the four S-PLUS Fundamentals course (6-9th Dec.),
or the two day S-PLUS Data Analysis for Finance
course (18-19 Nov.).

An Overview of S-PLUS
The Anatomy of the S-PLUS Graphical User Interface
Data Import and Manipulation
Graphically Exploring Data
Basic Statistical Models
Data Output
Working with History Logs and Script Files
An Introduction to the S-PLUS Command Line

The cost of this course is 95 GBP + VAT (111.63 GBP)
for commercial delegates and 45 GBP + VAT (52.88 GBP)
for academic delegates.
