Hi All:
Version 3.4 Release 1 for Sun SPARC, SunOS 5.3 : 1996
I have a data frame structured as follows:
id dv1t1 dv1t2 dv1t3 dv2t1 dv2t2 dv2t3 iv.a iv.b
-two dependent variables for each id each measured
three times, one row for each id - all numeric
-two independent variables, each a two level factor
dv1t1, a baseline measure, is related to both iv.a and iv.b
dv2t1 is not related to either iv.a or iv.b
Should I have data in another structure (i.e., stacked?)
I would like to perform a 2 x 2 (??? ~idv.a*idv.b ???) repeated
measures analysis that includes both the dvs and that accounts for
relationship of dv1 to iv.a and iv.b at baseline as well. Is it
possible to do so? If so, what is syntax?
I looked in "Guide to Statistical and Mathematical Analysis v.3.3 Ch
12, pp 12-22" and could only find code dealing with univariate
case. The code does not work for the example given. There is no
mention of multivariate repeated measures with single covariate.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
