Dear All:
Sometimes, when doing more or less complicated graphics (with opening more than
one graphical device within one functional module) I receive the message box
saying:
"Failed to create empty document"
The only choice which the message box offers is "OK". After clicking "OK",
S-PLUS says: error in wrap up , and start the whole computation from the very
beginning.
And so on and so forth forever. If I stop execution by "escape", then our dear
Dr. Watson says that does not like me and crashes S-PLUS
The only remedy after this point is to restart copmuter
Does anybody know what does all this mean and why it is so difficult for S-PLUS
to create "an empty document"?
