Hello, I'm studying observervations like "ischaemic feet", "embolising carotid arteries" etc. To sharpen the anlysis it would be nice be able to use the other foot or the other carotid artery in each patient in a paired anlysis of a diagnostic variable. Has anyone set up a "paired" ROC analysis in this sense in S or R? Yours sincerely Fredrik Lundgren |
