product of matrices over subscript

I would like to write a short s+ program to perform the following 
operations.
I have two matrices:

P[i,k] and X[i,s]

Sum over i of P[i,k]=1

Define P[i,] and row i of P written as a column, and
X[i,] as the i-th row of X written as a column.

I would like to:

Sum over i of the kronecker product of P[i,] and X[i,]
   and
Sum over i of the kronecker product of P[i,]%*%P[i,] and X[i,]
