retrive the row number of the data from editable graph

Dear S-colleagues:

I'm looking for the function to get the row numbers of the multiple
points that I point out on the editable graph. In other words, the GUI
version of function "identify".

I read about "guiLocator" last week, but I'd like to retrive the row
numbers instead of their coordinates.
