I was wondering if someone could get me started on how to interpret the
fit of the following nonlinear regression model?

        *** Nonlinear Regression Model ***

Formula: CER ~ a * (2/(1 + exp(b * (NAREA - c))) - 1)

Parameters:
      Value Std. Error t value
a 1.628010 0.381912 4.262790
b -0.840986 0.444459 -1.892160
c -0.298775 0.353828 -0.844408

Residual standard error: 0.30556 on 69 degrees of freedom

Correlation of Parameter Estimates:
       a b
b 0.916
c -0.661 -0.895
