beta-function

Dear s-plus users,
I' m looking for a s-plus algorithm to estimate the parameters of a 
two parameter beta-function. I have seen that are some others, that 
are also searching. It would be nice, if somebody could help me (us).
I' am working with the s-plus version 3.3 release 1 for windows 3.1
