Using C subroutine in Splus

Dear S-users:

Does any one know that whether we can use  functions from <imsl.h> library in 
the C subroutine called from Splus? When I did this, the error information of 
compiling is " can't find the include file: <imsl.h>". If you have done such 
procedures, could you give me a smple program?
