Dear S-Plus users,
I am jackknifing glm models and can't find a way to save the predicted
values for each sample point. I can get the equations used for each sample
point and therefore can apply these in a programme like excel to give
predicted values if the data is continuous. However my data includes both
continuous and categorical variables and since I don't know how the
algorithm handles categorical data I can't calculate predicted values in
excel, for models incorporating these. Has anyone worked out how to get
predicted values from S-Plus jackknifing?
Thankyou in advance,
Helen
