Hello Group,

My apologies for sending out the first note under another group alias (in case this gets distributed twice)

This is not strictly an S_PLus question but somebody just might know:

I just switched to a new machine with dual PIII processors (old machine also had dual). On the old machine both Win NT 4 and Win 2000 had no trouble utilizing both processors. On this new one, neither recognize them although BIOS reports 2 available.

Microsoft has a "fix" for this for NT (though I have not tried it as yet), but shows no reported problems with 2000.

Any one have suggestions as to how to fix this ??

john
