Odds Ratio and Relative Risk

I was asked if S-PLUS has functions to calculate odds ratios and
relative risks (often used in biostatistics). I couldn't find anything
ready-made, and although it isn't difficult to quickly cobble together a
simple function for e.g. an OR, I was wondering if someone has already
developed (a library of) functions for OR, RR and any associated
(biostatistical) procedures. Or did I overlook them?

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
