Dear All,Hope you are all well! I am trying to extract various parts of lme and store them in a matrix. I have this so far:
qe.f.w<-as.double(c(f.f.w$coeff$fixed,f.f.w$var.ran,f.f.w$loglik,f.f.w$sigma,
f.f.w.s$nobs,f.f.w.s$nclus,f.f.w.s$AIC,f.f.w.s$BIC,f.f.w.s$residuals))
I want to extract the cluster residual variance as well but I can't find
it!! Does anyone know where it is?
Cheers, Paul. _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. |
