Dear S-programmers: I need to generate (repeatedly) data for a variance components analysis from the 3-component hierarchical (nested) model: yijk = A + ei + eij + eijk, where yijk = observations A = common parameter i = 1, ..., I (levels) j = 1,..., J (sublevels nested in I) k = 1,..., K (nested in J) ei = random effect ~N(0,Var1) eij = random effect ~N(0,Var2) eijk = random effect ~N(0,Var2). I will appreciate any help. Pawel Michalak pawel@midway.uchicago.edu |
