Writing help in the same file as function

I know that this is not part of Splus, but I was wondering if anyone had
implemented this approach:

Write help in function as a comments, and then run some script to create
"nice" help files.

Much like javadoc. (I know that comments between function() and  { will show
in a help, but I am looking for something nicer).
