This chart shows an eigenvector (light blue) bisecting the dark blue similarity
data. The problem is that S+ draws data like a tv screen and the top of the
vector (the part circled) is drawn over by the advancing cursor until it starts
to draw against a white background. Is there a way to prevent "overdraw" and
maintain the front/rear perspective? I'm left showing inaccurate data because
the eigenvector should run the entire length of the plot. Changing angles is
one way but this angle is about right for the way I want to present this data.
S+6 Windows 2000, 32 colour surface plot with a 640x640 similarity matrix.
Thanks;
