Dear all, I am considering S-Plus for some epidemiological work. I was looking for functions to estimate incidence rate ratios, risk ratios, risk difference, attributable fraction, and the respective confidence intervals. And functions to standardize rates (direct and indirect). Also, is the Hosmer-Lemeshow test in logistic regression available in S-Plus ? (I could not find it) Many thanks for any hints, Pedram |
