Major new releases of the Hmisc and Design libraries are available at
http://hesweb1.med.virginia.edu/biostat/s . For S-Plus 2000 and S-Plus 6.x on
PC Linux new zip files may easily be installed after you remove the old
libraries from the system area. The new versions will be distributed by
Insightful Corp. for S-Plus 6.1 in a few weeks for all platforms. Users of
S-Plus 6.x on Windows and older Unix versions of S-Plus may obtain updates from
our web site but these are not as easy to install. There are some notes at
