I have had the same error message before with other functions. Dr. Harrell's
advice is right on target. In my case I had not attached the Hmisc library
before calling a function in Design. It is probably a good idea to attach
Hmisc in a .First function.

It looks as if you have updated the Design library but have not updated
the Hmisc library, which defines oldUnclass.  Also, be sure to state the
platform you are running and the version of S+ next time.  -Frank
