Thanks to all who responded to my question and suggested S-PLUS functions and literatures. To summarize the practical aspects, censorReg() works with interval censored data (however, plot.censorReg() did not work in my case because I did not have any exact deaths). The online help of coxph() may seem encouraging, however coxph() handles only interval truncation, not interval censoring.
